Initial dyno numbers from SP's kit
Your dyno chart looks great. It is funny how the two different turbos systems(Yours and ours) have nearly identical torque and power curves even though we are using different turbos(GT35R? vs. 60-1).If I overlayed them you would be astonished at how similiar they are.Really cool.Maybe with a big name like SP and running a twin systems like this,it might open up people eyes and sway them away from the normal cast iron log style manifold turbo systems that are flooding the market which means more business for you and me:^) In my opinion, a twin system with big turbos and nice headers is really the only way for the VQ's to make in excess of 1000WHP.So I do beleive we are on the right path.It will just take some time for everyone else to realize it.LOL.
How do you guys think this would compare to the AAM surge pump?
Different ballpark altogether? Even if you bumped up to a higher bosch lph pump?
I can answer this for you.A surge system is not even in the same league as this set-up.There are limitations with the surge tanks systems and people are finding that the AAM set-up is not keeping up at 650WHP let alone anything beyond that.

Looks SWEET!!! Nice work. How is the harness going to be done? I see a lot of relays, is that because it is a demo, or is that the way the finished product will be?
Probably because SP knows running through the factory wiring to power up two fuel pumps is just not the way to go.You can have issues with the power supply by using the factory stuff.It looks like they ran separate relays and power supplys to each pump which is definitely the way to go.I am sure Chris will elaborate

Yes, there are 2 8 ga. wires going right to the battery for each pump. The AEM computer runs the two pumps independently. The AEM also turns on the scavenge pump for us.

Yes, we do have 60 mm turbos on the car for now. When we put in the built motor, heads, cams, etc we may go as big as a pair of 67s
Hell.... then lets throw on a 200 HP direct port NOS kit and a SP400 tranny and run some 8s!! I guarantee that we will make 1000 RWHP on the z.... hopefully by the end of the summer!
