Default bad O2 seonsor

so if my car is running ok with this check engine light and i just had the car tuned, will replacing this sensor change my tune?? GTM said they couldnt tune the fuel trim because of this code so i assume it wont do anything because i dont think he touched my car as far as that goes but something has to change if that sensor is bad and i put a good one in it, right? Shouldnt the car be running poorly with a bad sensor?

it will probably affect your 0% column as that is what is being controlled by the ECU still.

It gets confusing when you start new threads without the whole story, so it is probably better if you continue with the existing threads instead of starting new ones with updates.
