I like this part but how you integrate your kit with Utec? Is it only by boost?

Sounds good. What container are you using with the Snow kit? How long did it take you to install that system? How do you like the system and what would you change about it?

For a Stillen kit where the 7th injector is already near the throttle body, where else can i locate the nozzle, or is it safe to place it near the 7th injector?

Thanks!!

Yes, Nitrous and water/alcohol get along quite well.

Matter of fact, by running water methanol injection you will not have to run nearly as much timing retard or any depending on the size shot your going to be using. Remember, nitrous accelerates the combustion process which is why the ignition retard. Adding a water methanol injection helps stabilize the combustion process and give you that added octane increase to help prevent detonation, and cool the exhaust gas temperatures.

This is the short answer. But "yes" the two get along quite well. Hope this answers your question.

Which one gets mounted closer to the TB? Id imagine the N20/fuel needs more time to atomize so would need to be further back than the meth? Thoughts?

You mount the N20 so that it sprays behind the methanol mixing with it. The N20 is going to be injected under a much higher pressure then a water/methanol injection system so place it before it.

Some questiuons I had from your for sale thread:

So, if I understand this right, you have to run a fluid line from the trunk to the engine bay, as well as a vaccuum line from the engine bay to the trunk, and provide a +12V constant and ground line?

Couple of questions, then:

1. Whats the current draw of the pump?

2. Does the pump only activate under boost (positive pressure on the vaccuum line)?

3. Is it variable by boost, or is it one set pressure for any boost?

3a. If it is variable by boost, is it user programmable, or factory set?

4. Does it also have a +12V switched, so it knows when the engine is on, or is there a relay involved that I need to buy, or is there a driver mounted switch? Or is there something else entirely?

If you ever want to switch over to stainless steel lines replacing the plastic tubing give us a call.

Couple of questions, then:

1. Whats the current draw of the pump? 4 amps

2. Does the pump only activate under boost (positive pressure on the vaccuum line)? The Stage 1 systems are boost activated only while the Stage 2 systems can be activated by boost, EGT's AIT's, TPS, Mass Air Meter or any other 0-5 volt sensor on the engine.

3. Is it variable by boost, or is it one set pressure for any boost? The Stage 1 system is a non-progressive flat rate system. The Stage 2 is a variable flow progressive system metered off of the signal you choose to run.

3a. If it is variable by boost, is it user programmable, or factory set? This is user programmable.

4. Does it also have a +12V switched, so it knows when the engine is on, or is there a relay involved that I need to buy, or is there a driver mounted switch? Or is there something else entirely? You would hook the system up to a 12v ignition on power source or you can use a relay.

With the Stillen supercharger system, you would place the water methanol injection nozzle in the plastic tubing just before the throttle body. Stillen is using an Eaton compressor which is quite common on many other vehicles which we work a lot with.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
