whats the difference between a long block and a short block?

Long block is an entire motor. Short block is the block minus the heads.

yes...if you are looking to buy a short block you will just get THE BLOCK

if you buy a longblock you will get THE BLOCK AND THE HEADS

I have wanted to know this for awhile. Hopefully my stock motor can handle the TN kit, I dont see why it woulnt though.

I can name a few reasons why it wouldn't. I hope youi have better luck than me, but I did up the boost to 10psi and had a UTEC and return fuel.

there's been so many people that have blown up their engines with the TN kit and UTEC, but it's supposed to be a great setup

seems to be more about the tune than anything else. On the list of stock motors with FI there are like 60 names and no one under 8 psi I believe has blown their motor (on that list anyway)
