Question Vortech SC -vs- Turbonetics Turbo

New to forums and glad to be hear. First, I own a 2003 350z with JWT popcharger, Skunk2 plenum spacer and cat-back Borla dual exhausts... I am NOT a mechanic and will never claim to be so I am asking for your opinions. I have a high performance shop near me that carries both the Vortech SC and Turbonetics Turbo Kit. I was wondering which has had better success (reliability and power) and what the main difference would be... they both claim over 400hp (i believe) and are the exact same price.
Thank you for your time and comments.

Been talked about...I would suggest searching the words "Vortech" and or "Turbonectics" youll find lots of threads...Also, I'd talk to "DJ Smitty" of CinMotorsports since your in Carolina as they have excellent service on STS rear mount turbos if that kit is of any interest to you...

Thanks guys. I figured I would get that reply... Its just a big decision and like I said.. not a mechanic.
I am leanoing toward the SC because I do not desire type of lag. One of the things I like most about my Z is that it is very responsive when you hit the pedal... don't want to lose that.

I will search the threads and again thank you for the reply's!

I suggested both that and having a swap sub-forum numerous times without any luck.

In regards to the OP, you will not have noticable lag with the TN kit and most lower boost levels.
