The turbo piping will have to be modded a little due to the 5AT tranny. I was @ PF the other day and they were having to mod the piping do to the 5AT tranny on 1 they are almost done with. I believe it was only 1 pipe that had to be extended a little. Don't need the radiator, get a tstat. Def. need the colder plugs

I think some of the I/C piping will have to have minor modifications, but it should be able to be installed by any qualified tuning shop.

Wastegate pressure should be OK on stock block. (6psi)

I am doing the same setup but no hose kit or boost controller. The boost controller will be an UNSAFE MOD if you get in there and screw with the PSI without a tune to accompany it. If you don't have preset, SAFE maps, the boost controller will be the devil on your shoulder telling you 'you can beat that Z06'

My car should be done today or tomorrow, you will see a whole thread from MRC on it. Sit tight

So far, it blows away the TN kit based on the hardware.

Yeah, they use the same drivetrain setup so the turbo piping should all fit except 1 that needs to be modded. As for the intercooler piping, you'll prob have to do some custom fabbing there.
