Dang I only need a pair not all four.
They should work but you should clay it to make sure everything clears to be on the safe side. The 272's work without any issues.

It also depends on which 272's you're talking about since Tomei also makes 272's with 10.5 mm lift.
But according to them, the stock reliefs need to be deepened when used with their > 11mm lift cams.
