They are rated for about 700+ from what I've read.

That dyno was made with stock heads, Tomei 280 cams, and upgraded valve springs/retainers (not sure if they're JWT or BC).

The car is currently running BC Stage 2 cams instead of the Tomei 280's.

What kind of Fuel setup? That's probably more important than cams lol.

Bah, back in my day I didn't have one of those nifty lifts, I had to do it old school and use jack stands.

if anyone has missed the build

https://my350z.com/forum/forced-induction/351358-random-pictures-from-powerlabs-turbo-install.html

My pictures are not very detailed, not anywhere near as detailed as MRCs, Also there's no way that I know of that will allow you to have the oil feed on top, there's not enough room with the up pipe placement where it bolts to the bottom of the turbo.

As you can see, not much room left for rotating it, the blue fittings end up hitting the up pipe.

Just wondering, why did you mark the bolts holding the turbo housing together? Also, is there any reason you used liquid gasket on the downpipe?

Pros of the kit, big shiny pretty pipes.
Cons, pipes are so big the big shiny pipes hit stuff during the install and get marked up. =(

powerlab twin pump hanger

i think you can achive those numbers on race gas(or an aggressive meth setup) with 750cc-800cc return system and the walboro pump provided with the kit.
I cant wait to see the results from julian here...hopefully he gets to try a powerlab install with a build engine soon

Nice kit, looking forward to numbers and driveability....Funny, I once commented about my concerns about the excess heat for the kit and got flammed for it but you guys look to have that covered nicely. Great install.
