let Me Say This One More Time...pull The Thermostat Out And Throw It Away,purge The System Once More And Be Done With It!!!!lol

Exactly. I ditched the thermostat, installed a Nismo rad cap (300ZX cap would do the same) and my water temp has never once been over 203-205. And that was only at the track. All in all my car runs almost 10-15 degrees cooler during daily driving then it ever did with the thermostat. I've written all this up before BTW.

If the fans are not spinning when the engine is over heated, What is the problem? What controls the radiator fans? Do they have a buit in thermostat?

The ecu controls the fans. It picks up the temp from the sensor and turns the fans on about 210F and turns them off at 200 (this is what I obsevered monotoring my cipher program) and one fan should come on continuously when the air conditioning is on.
