I'd give up my powerlab turbo Z for my GSX-R1000 if I was forced to choose only one.

Just remember, when you want two things but only have one...

The grass is always greener.

Since I have both, I at least know what my go to toy is.

All in all, it sounds like it is exactly as I want it, I will find out tonight, seeing is believing!! I will post up pics and vids once it is all said and done. I have so much room for power improvement with an EBC, we'll see how long I stay at this boost level.

I am as excited, if not more than when i originally picked up the car!

yeah, i like the IC showing. it promotes the vipers and vettes to actually try it. they've all played with NA Zs and I think I may be the only one in ID with a TTd Z so they all want a peice (none have got it yet )

Who makes the intercooler for this kit? Also what are the two different sizes that they come in?

I think the only difference between the two intercoolers is about 3inches in width.... Height and thickness are the same.

I just spoke to Powerlab to confirm my information....

The Original I/C's were 27"x12"x4"

The New I/C's are 24"x12"x4"

So there is only a 3" difference in with from the original. Still capable of handling 700+whp!!!

Are they still selling the original intercoolers with thier kits? I'm thinking of cutting out the H portion of my Nismo V2 bumper. The more intercooler the better.

No. I was told due to space issues.

If I were you I would call Intense or Performance Factory. This new intercooler seems to be doing the job perfectly fine; so they might stick with it. Either of them should be able to get you an answer.
