Throttle body problem?

Over the past few months I've been noticing a issue that's now become a problem. On the hwy if I were to give some throttle to get under boost and then let off the throttle again it would "feel" like the throttle body was being slammed shut by the boost pressure.
Now fast foreward to this week and I noticed it was doing the same thing only more pronounced AND when I got off the freeway I found that if I step on the throttle too fast it will give a very pronounced "stumbling", it's not backfiring, no CEL, it drives great only happens when I step onto the throttle, even does it when not in boost but at times it drives completely normal but since I felt it the first time I've never had it WOT.
Any ideas, I'm thinking it's the throttle body?
