You don't need that, its for non OBD II vehicles.

Got mine installed Camp2 is pretty slick.

For anyone using Defi and the Link display for sensors without gauges, the Defi sensors plug right into the IF box.

That would be cool, I like the constant readout available vs the Link Display. Never liked the Link Displays scrolling of the sensor peaks vs being able to call up current data beyond the 2 main sensors it lets you choose. Did anyone figure out the map switching yet?

In the other camp thread...there was mention that the navigator saved maps weren't accessible with the camp2 and that you might need to have both...I hope thats not the case. I think Forged and GTM are still trying to figure it out - maybe they can chime in....Maybe new ones have to be created w/ this installed for them to become visible. I know I prob won't be the guinea pig in this case - that usually = $$.

yeah it does, I have hooked a playstation up to it before. That is a pretty cool little addition. Not bad for ~$500. I noticed it has the 12v adapter, can you hard wire it so it doesn't occupy the cigarette lighter?

The IF unit is used to display the the other gauges on the camp, if you don't already have them in your car....oil temp/press/fuel/and others. or you can swap out your gauges and have them all displayed on the screen. The good news is (thanks Rookie), that you can use your current defi sensors w/o swapping them out for hks ones. - If you have a defi rig that is...they should plug right in to the IF-unit.

Yup, the boost sensor from Defi didn't work right though. I think its sending a different voltage than the if is looking for.

Oil pressure and temp, water temp all worked the same as the defi link display.

Nice one on the install Crom, Looks great and thansk for the pictures to follow!

Which power did you tap into? Or you just using the 12v lighter?

I have mine ready to go in, went a different route on the screen install

DNX-7200 goes in the double din below and all hooks up to a Kenwood KOS-7200...

You don't need to tap for power..just plud in the OBD and the RCA's and you're ready to go.
