actually this thread was started by a guy who has no association with RA and was asking peoples opinions now. People continue to sling mud at his name even without him here to defend himself, yet still no one has any real problems with him? If he is really as "shady" and "dishonest" as everyone says he is, how come people aren't coming forward saying they got screwed?

Multiple VRT/RA Employees have come to the boards posing as customers to hype/sell their products before.. its something we have caught them rehanded with multiple times..

so why all of a sudden we wouldn't assume the same thing?

Once again, VRT and RA are not the same company. You have caught VRT, when have you caught RA? Please point me to the thread as I would like to see it.

we dont hate RA .. we hate what RA has been involved with.. if you have any information about other shops trying to do the same to our community.. please share and we will treat them the same..

we treat AAM like we treat RA .. difference is.. AAM tries to do some damage control.. they don't try to cover up lies with more lies

What scenarios? Im being serious! I don't know what you are a talking about. I remember the thread that some douche posted about VRT coilovers, then MrA popped in to say how great they were and start taking orders. But I don't remember seeing that happen with RA. So when did he do something similar, or are we talking about different things?

where has RA done anything like AAM? there is nothing out there. one story 'possibly'. AAM gets treated as they do because they cover it all up and there are a bunch of members who have been personally impacted by them. you guys, as vocal as you are, have never had a deal with him for the most part. that is the simple fact. there are no angry customers up in arms over RA. so no, this forum treats RA NOTHING like AAM.

come on. the only thing Scott seems guilty of is the fake accounts but that is just a bad decision and I know other shops have done it in the past. It's a bad practice to start posts to drum up interest, but there is a whole industry that does this...

First of all,damn your hot.I know you get that all the time.But more importantly...your really hot.Seriously though, a good frined of mine was at the dyno when your car was being "tuned" and he said that your car was blowing so much oil out the back and it actually left a huge puddle of oil underneath the car when it was beng taken off.You might want to have that checked out.

Because of location it was going to be either PF, GTM or FP.... and believe me... I turned FP upside down before I sent my car to them...I flew out to his shop in advance to make sure his shop did not have wheels

The problem with these forums sometimes is there are so many misinformed people here voicing thoughts without proof
,knowledge,or even first hand experience.

Let's use this guy as an example:
1: Taiwan brakes? I'm using AP's
2: Vietnamese suspension? Taiwan actually
3: Suspension failed? Working better than ever.

That was 1 sentence only, full of misinformation.

As for being back on topic to the question of the original poster. Theres people here that have had direct dealings with Scott at RA. I personally have a motor built by RA and have consistantly abused it at the track since it's break in. Even under extreme temps and abuse, it has done nothing more to prove to myself and others that it was a good build. I can say I'm personally 100% satisfied with the build. We gave him the wheel to the G incase anything did happen to the motor it would all reflect back to him, and he took the opportunity to prove himself on it.

I've come to the conclusion that Scott is the only person that never dissappeared when VRT was exposed. Two things have come from that, one people take the VRT frustrations out on the person that is in sight and the other take is that it shows he has nothing to hide from. RA has shown to provide customer service. I have yet to see anyone say RA frauded them. If employees of Enron went to work for another corporation would you say that company is fraudalent? This is just my personal experience and opinions.
