Looking to ship a short block from the US. Does anyone have the approximate weight of a short block. ie: Block, girdle and crank.

I heard that the full long block is around 380 pounds.

Also if anyone has the approximate dimensions of a short block would be great.

nope. i was about to order a short block from IPP a few weeks back but needed to hold off and as luck would have it the dollar droped through the floor.

A good chunk of the cost is the shipping and just trying to do some research on reducing the shipping cost. I have also looked into buying a used engine locally for a build but no luck in that area either at a resonable cost.
