Need some advice.
I am looking to through some big numbers down at the wheels I was going to go as high as I could N/A but talking to some of the guys they said to go ahead and through a TC, SC, or PC, on. I am trying to find the best system that will give me big numbers but at the same time keep me reliable and not get into to much internal changes.
So does anyone now how much the internals of a stock 03 350z can handle, how big can I go and what system should I go with.
Thanks.

It depends, superchargers you're safe to about 400ish whp but turbo's are a bit harder on the engine so I think i remember reading that a few people said to try to keep it under that if you are keeping the internals stock.

The search button is your friend and there are several old threads you can scroll through in F/I to get the info. This is a great rough guideline for SC and Turbos, but other parts are needed for reliability - EMS, fuel return and possibly a clutch.

Big numbers, lack of mental capacity, small budget, no driving skills, and no common sense is what us regulars have to deal with daily inside the FI forums. OP, you are no exception. We all hate you now, please do yourself a favor learn to help yourself, then, MAYBE, others will help you as well. Until then feel free to fall on a knife or DIAF
