just fyi, intense used the carbonetics triple and couldnt hold for their twin gt37r z.....not even close to 1000whp(~850whp i think)....but then again as mike says.... stronger clutches are more expensive and you start loosing drivability(which i guess ill find out)

I can't stand that these clutches end up costing the same as the forged internals in the bottom-end of the motor

So looks like the Tilton triple, and RPS twin are the only clutches proven to hold 750+rwhp

I would not say that.... The Porsche community uses the Carbonetics.... And it holds 850whp on DD.... I did 800 on DJ without any slippage....so my guess is I should be fine... I hope

if any of you have ever used a rock hard clutch around a road race track.... Then I am sure you understand why I love the feel of the triple carbonetics ...Is almost like stock with 100x the grab.

Thats why I said proven...hopefully there are more that will hold it, but like you mentioned they may not be very liveable.

Its really hard to compare even the same clutch line from car model to car model cause the discs are different sizes......case-in-point....93-06 viper stock organic single disc clutch (its from LUK) can hold almost 1000bhp and tq.......but its almost 13in in diameter......where as our disc is what maybe 7inches in diameter....

I agree... That's why I used the Porsche which is almost the same size....I am just hoping it will hold over 800 on the DD
