^^ It's got to be a DV camcorder (digital) and u need to use a firewire cord (not a USB). If those two things are true you don't need any drivers it just shows up. Load up windows movie maker (or imovie or whatever its called on a mac) and there you go.
My guess it's not a digital camera so you will need special hardware or a pro to do the transfer.

hmm...cool man, ill have to look into this, ill let ya know exactly what the camcorder is when i go out and get it in my car and maybe u will know for sure if thats what i can do..it is not a digital camera though i know that..
