Default FI and exhaust size

Got an HKS twin turbo kit, the downpipes are 2.5"... Im doing a custom 3" exhaust, what will be the best way to go about this?

use 2.5" test pipes (cant find 3" test pipes)

or just start the 3" exhaust at the hks dp's

Check with one of the shops on here....You can get any size down pipe you want ....may it be 3.0 or 3.5.......they have it.
