my friend gave me a SAFC2 and i wanted to know it anone has experience using them on there z? ill be running 440cc with a 255lph fuel pump and 1 step colder plugs on 7-9 psi sooo yea wondering what your thoughts are on this! thanks again for your time

 

Sell that to a kid with a Honda and get something that will control timing.. At least a UTEC

 

cant a tuner do a custom tune through the safc??

 

It controls air fuel, not timing. If I remember correclty. It is not adviced on these cars.

It basically just tricks the ECU into thinking the MAFS is reading more/less voltage. I used to have one on my old turbo KA 240sx budget turbo build. Tuning is very limited with them and you definitely need to control timing or at least do a reflash
