thread hi-jack lol
He made comments about mine sat too....well after the 330 mark

"When that infiniti gets moving it fly's"........they haven't seen any infiniti's in the 125mph's much less the Z at 157mph

lol

And lets be honest.............this does look badass!!!!!!!!
(only made 1 shakedown pass on them so no real time, only made 1 other pass on the street tires so nothing good to report from me other than 125mph traps without trying too hard)

somewhere in the 600rwhp's.......

but 1/8 was only 90mph lol (maybe 50% throttle in 1st and 2nd and still had spin).....
like i said though a tire I can actually use will be here this week (thanks to scottz300)...I'll do the z/g's proud.....these khumo's hop so bad when they spin i don't want to break something.

I need some slicks... My FK451's are just junk for traction.

What was the car that you ran in beginning run? Looked amazingly fast off the line then you looked even more faster after you passed it.

YES! That is what I was hoping... I have heard good things about the stock drive shaft, and this confirms it. Good work buddy

little update too.

We had some noises coming from the motor after our last pass so we called it a day. Seemed like an odd noise, not your typical spun bearing, bent rod,etc..

take a gander

I guess 50+ 1000+hp pulls, 30+ high boost passes took it's tole on the revup oil pump

Thankfully, the motor seems a-ok, so we'll figure something out on the pump get the motor cleaned up and back together. To the track we go again

Hal, I'm pretty impressed myself with that driveshaft too!

Are you going to run the Texas Mile this year. I'm sure you can easily beat the current 350z standing mile record.

I believe after running some 8's the mile is definately a plan...actually I know it is....

Assuming the trans holds together for the whole pass I believe they are looking a little higher than the current 350z number in the mile........
After a few shakedown passes I believe a new certain record will be shot after.........or I hope anyway
