i just orderd the belt and i am trying to put the new belt on.. the fit is really tight and isnt going on very easily.. i took off the tensioner pulley and got the belt to fit around the other 2 pulleys.. then i tried to put the tensioner pulley back on but it wont fit.. so im guessing there is another way to do this.. can anyone help meee out? thankss

What do you mean by tensioner pully won't fit? Because Belt is too tight? What's the part number on belt?

It should fit as before. Can you post a pic of your belt installed?

You loosen the cog tensioner pulley..The belt will go below the tensioner pulley not around it..Put some tension in the belt by pushing down on the tensioner pulley and then tighten the bolt that goes thru the tensioner pulley. Make sure the pulley has a fair amount of friction load so it barely rotates with your hand turning it..
