I bet alot more than 500 DJ or 460 on a dynodynamics!
Tyler, why do you think you need the pulley mod? I can run cleanly to 17psi with no belt slip. Unless you are making more than 500 hp, its a waste of money. Spend that money towards some upgrades!

The pulley is ONLY meant for 13 psi max and somehow u guys are getting 15-17 psi? A bigger blower increases volume but has nothing to do with increase in psi. Therefore, if a SC trim is making 400 whp on a 2.87 at 13 psi then the only thing the S-trim or T -trim will do is make +450whp at the same psi level. Does that make any sense???

I like to do stuff at midnight...lol ha
Tyler here is pictures.
From the side view
Had to cut out that much. IP just trim the hood little bit at the first ( which it didn't rub when it was at idle....but everytime i pulled the car, pulley hit the hood again so one of member on the forum and I ended up cut that big...lol Can not really see from picture, but pulley is now kinda beat up looking but still works tho
If you willing to install slipping pulley in future, i do recommand install at under the belt. Which you see two pulleys? bottom one.
And here is crappy cell phone pic. 2.87 one side machined by local shop. Shop recommand that paint it again but i didn't really care.

ya, i had the same issue with the 2.87 pulley not spinning freely. I just added a very thin spacer inside and it works perfectly. The GTM pulley is nice but I wish they had told me it didn't fit perfectly. I had the freakin serp belt ripped to pieces had they told me it required modifications. Chef, u should have just taken off the cam cap cover and sand it down so u didnt need to cut the hood.

Spacer? i did actually call superchargersonline about using a spacer when i had trouble, but they didn't recommand it. They told me it's something with newer model? or older? blah i forgot.
