Default Utec to Haltech

Old setup:
TurboXs Utec
TurboXs Tuner
TurboXs BCS
TurboXs Map
TurboXs Map Swith
Fi HFC 300 cell
APS Injectors
APS Fuel System

New Setup:

Installed:
APS 3.5" downpipes heat wrapped
CJM Stage 1 Fuel Return System
DW 600CC Injectors
Some modification to the swirl jet in the gas pump assembly (Thanks Phunk for the tip)
Haltech EMS with AIT Sensor and Boost Solenoid
ECU Flashed With Osiris Pro by Injected Performance

Well finally got the car back to the tuner.
I was putting down 427whp on a cool day @ 8psi with meth.

New numbers are 457WHP@8.5psi with meth still on stock block after almost 3 years.
I like to thank Eric for hanging with me the whole day and taking the video and the guys at theshopct.com. My tuner Junior and the owner Jimmy.

so you went from HFC to 3.5" downpipes, a better fuel setup, and a different AFR? Wasnt the haltech that made 10 hp more.

But very nice upgrade in all your parts.

It's all part of the upgrade path.
If $$$ is right built block this winter.
So I decided to get some supporting mods now
since I had to get the car tuned anyway.

The difference between 427whp and 457whp=10whp

1st graph was only a difference between regular and meth spray @ the same Psi that was done when I had the utec which was the only dyno graph I could find at the time.

That's pretty nice numbers. But why did you put down your dyno sheet?

If you don't mine asking... what are you running? and you've running 50/50 for 3years??

I just took it down so there were no mix up like what went down with str8dum1.

50/50 mix I been running for about a year.
5 Gallons of M1 methanol
5 Gallons of distilled water

I wanted a little more power and my tuner said I was running out fuel at that time so I did some research and found that by running a meth kit I could make up for the lack of fuel and at the same time cool down the motor and lower my IAT.

Congrats Glex. Seems like you have a solid build plan in place. Good luck on your future goals as well.

Thanks Cass

Even the best laid out plans don't go as smooth as we plan it to be.
So far they been good but we shall see what happens at the next stage.

Alberto might be seeing my car around his neck of the woods for the winter
if the $$$ is right on my end for the build. I have heard nothing but good things about the shop I'm choosing for the build from Alberto.

SICKKKK!!! All these full management systems are sounding so attractive! But is it worth it to go ditch the UTEC and go for like Haltech if I'm running a supercharger?
