Five years ago my kit came with those as well. You should notice they did not come in the box that the intercooler kit was in but the box(s) that came with the kit itself.
thanks for the info! it looks like i need it for my non intercooler setup. I bought the kit used but didn't come with the Y pipe. Anybody have one laying around?
