03 DE, looking for just 500/500 rwhp/rwtq with APS TT, Arias pistons and Pauter rods enough or do I need complete Stage 0 Longblock???

 

A built short block with stock heads will be fine. Upgraded cams would be nice, but not absolutely necessary at the hp level, assuming that you have an adequate turbo kit.
