College education goes a far way , oh and a real estate license at the age of 18 doesn't hurt either. But I don't need to tell you how to live bro

 

I wouldn't exactly say a college education goes a long way in today's society, it has really become the equivalent of a HS diploma..... even a Masters/MBA/Law degree don't hold nearly as much sway as they used to.

also from what I recall you hadn't even finished undergrad when your Z was built and boosted, so I don't think your "college education goes a long way" argument is really that valid.

so I am going to assume the real estate license probably helped quite a bit

 

I could argue the college degree equivalent to that of a HS degree all day, i'm sure you know that is a huge stretch. A college degree is a requirement to enter into many industries. That includes the one I will be starting in September, and if you do some calculations on real estate commissions, you'll easily see the feasibility of how I was able to achieve what I did. While it may be a requirement to enter certain fields, a college degree holds nowhere near as much pull as it did even 15 years ago, nor does it guarantee entry into a competitive field as it once did....

... additionally while it may be a minimum requirement for certain professions, it does not stand out/ make one very competitive anymore.... even higher lever professional degrees are becoming the norm.... that was my main point...

I'd be willing to get rid of mine. IP 2007, fully built, right around 15,000 miles on car and a couple thousand less on the shortblock. It's got everything (aftermarket stereo, upgraded speakers/sub, navigation, full suspension, Tein EDFC, Defi gauges) and then some.

Here is a list of brand new stuff on the car (and I mean new, dyno miles only):

JWT 850BB turbos, S7 cams, CJM twin pumps, Cosworth manifold, JWT to Greddy intercooler conversion, meth injection, Carbonetics triple, Volk SF-Winnings w/new KDWs.

 

Timing the market is everything for a quick buck.
