Do you have a UTEC? Did the code come on after you started the car?

i got the other one, P0175 system too rich (bank 2)..

i got Haltech and 600cc injectors.

i only get this code when i go WOT.

possible causes:

<LI itxtvisited="1">The MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor is dirty or faulty. Note: The use of "oiled" air filters can cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled <LI itxtvisited="1">There could be a vacuum leak. <LI itxtvisited="1">There could be a fuel pressure or delivery problem

your not having a "vacuum leak" at WOT... what is your fuel pressure dead headed??? prolly a fuel pressure regulator problem or tuning problem or injector too big... 600cc injectors you should be making 100hp per #of injectors (its a rough estimate for 600cc's)

^i have a leak in the plenum... but i'm not sure if that's the cause.

the fuel regulator read 40-45 or so, which seems just fine.

so it's either the tune, or the plenum leak. i'm gonna try to fix both whenever possible.

so you are allowing extra air to enter and you think that is giving you a "rich" concern???

^that will make the injectors spray more fuel thinking the air getting in is too much, trying to compensate for the mixture.

only if the maf is reading more air... the front A/F sensors will sense lean and not add fuel... the only time you will have a problem if your header is cracked between your A/F sensor and your O2 sensor then it can "trick" your ECM and add more fuel

well there is your problem... lol well at least the elevation change is like 5 feet in bahrain so you don't have the elevation problem... why the big injectors???
BTW how do you combat the heat in the gulf??? been there twice... hot hot hot

yeah, elevation isn't much of a problem here.. big injectors for being on the safe side, i've seen 65% IDC on the current tune, which is quite enough room to play.

can't do shiz about the heat other than cranking up the AC.

good thing you've passed by for a period of time, rather than living in it.! it's an example of living in hell.

maybe there is a concern of your IDC too high... do you have a wideband installed??? that way you can know if you are really running rich or if it is a sensor problem...
bahrain is tax free though!!! and per diem is nice

well i have a rc440cc injector with the vortech box, i changed the injectors since i install the SC, but i had a problem with the cog belt it cut the wires from the valve, so i had to change the ECU, and now i got that code, i ll check the maf.

I´ll install the new wide band wire, cos the old one burd with the headers. (bad installation)

Do i need to tune the vortech box for a bigger injectors?

One more thing, i have the OEM fuel pressure, cos i have the walbro tank fuel pump, so i didnt install the FMU. Do i need to change the pressure?

what I was getting at was that since the stock ECU is controlling startup, a rich code is not unexpected when using larger injectors.

Reset your ECU and go again. If your wideband reads ok, then its nothing to worry about.

not to try to point fingers... but I am pretty sure it is your tune... possibly too rich when at or near WOT... pull some duty cycle out of it and keep a close eye on your wideband

I got the P0152 after doing WOT. Whenever I got that code, the car seems like it lose a lots of power. My 3rd gear pull would be all noise from the exhaust and the car doesn't pull like it supposed to be. I logged some WOT and AFR is around 10.6. Is that consider too rich?
