I have been looking into getting a turbo kit for my z. I am looking for a reliable, relatively inexpensive kit, and one that I can daily drive. I have seen some videos of the STS kit and I absolutely love the sound of it. They currently don't have a kit for the 07-08 HR motor, but I was wondering if their universal kit would work with the HR? And if it will indeed work, would the only other things I need be a tune and fuel injectors?

any decent tuner shop could fab up a "STS" style kit for you. You just need a T4 flange, some bent tubing, oil return pump, intercooler, and some fittings.

That's all the universal kit is. YOu have to cut and weld all the piping to fit your car.

You supply your own fuel and EMS solution.

 

Zfever out of tampa fl sells the STS kit and i believe they have a modified setup they fabricated for that motor. I have had the STS on my 04 Z for 2 weeks now, and absolutely love it. Only problem i had was the UTEC, and changed to UpRev....

ZFever sold me on UpRev and did my tuning.... Had a good expierence working with them...
