I has less then 3k miles since ATI and coming up on 12k total miles when my clutch gave up the ghost. I think we will all need a clutch replacement soon.

So far it looks like most clutches are in $400 range with flywheels right around the same. You really need to think hard about the lightened flywheel since it will have a big effect on the driveability of the car.

So Tilton for an autocross car that you want to drive to the track.
So JWT for a autocross car that will be dragged and cruised occasionally.
So NISMO for a very near equally driven street, autocross, drag car.
Level of extremity = Tilton ---- JWT ---- NISMO ---- Stock
Application = Autocross - Road course - Drag - Street

From what I understand the JWT clutch is a bit harsh for street use..

Hey, you ordered a JWT clutch? I didn't know that performance nissan carried the clutch. Is it the heavy duty street clutch?

according to the people I talked with at performance, they talked to JWT and found they are selling three versions of their flywheel/clutch combo.

OEM style
supercharged style .. streetable
all out style ...... not very streetable.

ATI procharged for 9k miles then lost cylinder 6

I have perfect compression in cyl 1-5 (185psi) and 145psi in 6

The spark plug in 6 had its ground strap smashed onto its electrode and now the motor makes a tapping sound (probably bent valves) at idle and when i rev it a little.

Procharger here at 7psi and clocked 4000 miles and so far so good. I did the aam ecu flash.

Seems pretty dam solid of a setup to me. I owned rx-7's and this is sooo much more forgiving.

I had a kit from LMS in California that used a Powerdyne, their own fuel management w/ aux pump, and the J&S Ultra Safeguard... that might be as close as you can get...

And an FX near LA I think is still running it.
