I noticed some cars, particularly supercars have done twin superchargers, or one supercharger and one turbocharger. I'm wondering if either have been done on a Z, or if they're even possible on this engine. I'd imagine they are not cost effective and probably a bit outlandish to attempt on this car since TT or supercharging works just fine, but I am a bit curious if it has been done. ive seen a dodge challenger srt8 twin supercharged, though that isnt a Z. I haven't been able to find much regarding putting one of each on though, since when i search it shows me one or the other. Thanks, I know it might sound like a dumb question but I am just curious.

 

been covered already on the forum. like you said not cost effective and tt/supercharges are working just fine.

 

has it? ive tried searching, but when i put twin supercharger it gives me twin turbo or supercharger, and if i search supercharger turbo combo, or similiar things, one or the other comes up. I just think it would be interesting. If i were in a position with expendable cash, it would be fun to try just for the sake of trying IMO. I don't though, so its all fantasy.

Thanks, I actually did a bit more searching after and found the word twincharged which led me to that. that think is insanity.
