if the car starts and runs and drives fine with stock ecu and stock injectors, than you know the problem is either the injectors, the UTEC, or the calibration of the UTEC.
Why dont you just unplug the injectors so your not spraying fuel, take out the UTEC, and just crank and check for spark. If you spark then you plug the UTEC back in. If you have no spark, then you know you have a bad UTEC or something wacky in the settings. From there you take it to someone who can tune/setup your UTEC.

Ok, this is really confusing. So today out of curiousity I put the stock injectors back in stock ECU fired right up. So i hooked up the Utec with stock injectors on the tune and it fired up and ran but ran kind of rough (probably not getting enough fuel). Which makes me wonder if maybe my issue is with the injectors... but then again I dont understand why i wouldnt get spark with the 650s and would with the stock injectors... Are the injectors tyed in somehow with the spark?

The tune on the car came from the SAME guy i got my vortech kit from everything is IDETICAL mechanically, non rev, same kit used on his car, 650cc injectors, same utec, even the same year car. The shop that did the tune on the utec is the shop that took the utec off his car. I spoke with the shop owner about it.

So what are you waiting for? Go get the car tuned. If something is wrong with the utec or it's installation, the tuner will see once plugged in and trying to tune it.
You have ruled out the problem to be either the injectors or the utec or the tune.
There's nothing else the forum can help you with now. You can either try swapping the injectors, double checking your utec install, get a tune.. We can't do any of that for you

you dont need to trailer anything. vacuum is vacuum and it should run like stock since the stock ECU is in control. All you can do is slightly scale the injectors under vacuum in the 0% load. All the other starting params are controlled by the stock ECU.
If the car doesnt start and you have around -10 in all the 0% load columns, its not a ECU problem, unless your stock ECU took a dump.

FML a few of the clips were not latched all of the way on the injectors (dont know why that caused it not to spark) But its running like a champ now. I just found a salvaged Z like 15 minutes away from my house that is fully built and twin turbo for only 4k. So IDK how long this Vortech will be on if i decide to buy that lol. But so far I have only been around town once in it and it made a huuuuge difference from stock!
