Default vortech supercharged vq powered s14 making 0 psi HELP!!

so yes...i know this is my first post on this forum but im more of a lurker...kinda wondering if there is anyone out there that has had this problem...and yes i did search...thats generally all i do on here lol...i have a 2006 rev up vq in my s14 with a v3 vortech supercharger system on it, im running the stock 3.12 pulley, stock maxflow blow off valve, slightly modified stock ic piping, bosch 550cc injectors, x02 3 inch catback exhaust, custom y pipe with one magnaflow high flow cat...ive pressure tested the charge pipe system and have found two leaks, one at the maf, and one at the maxflow blow off valve, ive fixed my maf leak with a new oring and have put a block off plate on the bov flange for now, pressure tested the system with compressed air and had 0 leak at about 15-20 psi, the system held all the air for about 5 minutes before i let it all out of the valve stem i was using...now that thats all out of the way, is there anything yall could possibly think of that would be letting the system not create positive manifold pressure or not make boost completely? ive also replaced the gatorback belt with a gates belt and have tightened the living hell out of it (no slip there)...sooo please if you have suggestions, expierience, advice, anything please help me it would make me so happy lol
and im gonna go ahead and post this on nico, 350ztech and zilvia just to spread mysearch

Either you have a leak somewere that you missed or the blower is bad or like stated above.

yea, talked to vortech again today...gave them the serial number, they assured me it was geared correctly to be spinning the right direction (i thought the claim was a little rediculous myself), i also gave them all the specs on my pulleys and the dude on the other end told me the car would be making 10psi based on my pulley sizes and the redline i have set, i have completely pressure tested my system using block off caps and a valve stem and i have virtually no leaks in the entire system including intake manifold and it holds 15psi its very very bizzar to me as well...so i got a new bypass valve diaphragm and oring and gasket on its way to at least correct that problem but other than that the system wasnt leaking and the car feels like a z with asthma, i drive my 04 everyday and my 240 which is at least 750 pounds less feels sluggish to say the least...any more ideas are appreciated and ill keep yall up to date as well

yeah the only thing that comes to mind is a leak in the piping somewere, but if you preasure tested everything i'm not sure whats up, are you sure the impeller is spining? can you turn the motor with a breaker bar off the crank pully and look into the intake of the blower to see if its in face spinning the right way?

Pull off one of the intercooler pipes and see if it's blowing good or not.

Is the impeller spinning on the shaft? The impellers are not keyed.

I would also verify that your bypass valve is shutting under load. If it's not shutting then you would have a large leak that your testing can't identify thus far.

Pictures and videos would help.

sweet, yea, ill take some pics and videos tonight, yall will prolly appreciate the car anyways but yes, the boost guage is reading 0 and is hooked up right at the manifold, the only doubt i have is this old greddy knock off bov i have on it currently, it holds when i pressureize the system but i have no idea if its holding when the car is running, it stays open at idle like it should and i have the spring tension set at the maximum, i can also hear the blower whine like crazy, so tonight ill take my girl with me and have her shoot video of the guage reading zero and also hearing the noise the car makes (whine, blow off, spool etc) as for pulling one of the pipes while its running id have to test it at load and you cant really make boost when the car is sitting/cant stick your hand in a pipe when the car is rolling lol ill keep yall updated, and i will def post some pics and video soon...but hopfully...when my new maxflow bypass valve parts come in im hoping the problem will be rectified, i appreciate yall jumping in on here to help a fellow vq lover especially since im brand new to this forum!

No new updates yet I'm still waiting on my bpv rebuil parts from vortech. They should be here this week. After install I'll shoot a video and report my findings. Hopefully they're positive. As in positive pressure lol.

well nothing really spectacular yet, tightened the crap out of both belts until they were within spec, rebuilt my bypass valve and installed it, checked and rechecked for leaks (still none) and my boost guage is still reading a maximum of 0psi, so...all that being said, the car now pulls like a bat outtahell and im beggining to think that this cheapo oreillys guage is broken (i never dropped it, but who's to say one of the workers at oreillys didnt) so im going to borrow my aem truboost gauge off of my s13 hook it up and see what it says my max psi is, itll be beneficial because it data logs and ill be able to go back and see what my peak boost was during the run down my street, its kinda hard to concentrate on anything but the tach and the road ahead when driving this car now, because it pulls so hard, but yesterday i strapped my girlfriend in to the car and had her watch the manual gauge, hopefully my truboost tells a different story...when it runs correctly ill finally get a vid and post it, kinda hard to do when im just using my iphone, ill have to rig something up to my cage tomorrow lol

So good news and bad news. Good news is my aem truboost is deffinately working better than the equus gauge cause it showed me results. Bad news is it only showed that I made 3.26 psi max on that test drive I just took. So I'm still pretty much in the dark as to what's going on. First question is...can you over tighten the accessory belt enough to cause it to slip? Cause I've got it to where it only flexes about one half inch on the longest part. Secondly what are the chances that the actual blower is bad? I've got 0 leaks in all of my Piping and motor whIch leads me to believe something is deffinately fishy, thirdly, where is the best place to plumb the boost gauge pickup hose? I've got mine right at the throttle body port on the manifold. Should I maybe put a bung right at the exit of the compressor? Any help would be great guys. Cause I'm fackin lost...

deffinately sounds like a plausible explanation, ive got my bpv on the port at the passenger front side of the intake manifold with a tee in it as well going to my boost gauge, ive got my utec map sensor at the vaccum hook up on the opposite side of my throttle body teed with my adjustable fpr also teed into that...where is the BPV and boost gauge supposed to be connected at? i juse used open ports and past turbo knowledge to do my vac routing...and the vortech install instructions only have a diagram for using the fmu so please correct me if im wrong...i was considering hooking my gauge up to the charge pipe right after the blower just to see if it was putting out what it was supposed to as well...but its gonna involve drilling and a bung and jb weld so i wanted to hold off since its currently a nice clean pipe lol
