Default Need VTC cover nylon ring part number.

Anyone have the part number for the ring that sets into the variable cam sprockets? They are like little nylon rings, and I couldn't find it searchin or looking at Nissan diagrams... Anyone know? Testing to see if this is part of my leak down of oil pressure on the cam sprockets.

Thanks guys!

Unless nissan has decided to started selling them separately the only way i know to get that seal is to buy the cover assembly that its in.

that's not it. those come in the engine rebuild kit, even for the revup which does not use those seals.

i can't even find a p/n anymore for the revup cover, but it is a tad(10x) more than 30 bucks.

i guess i could buy the non-rev cover and try not to damage the seal swapping it over.

Guessing this ring, which I thought was metal......should have been removed before powder coating. Noticed during reassembly that it was not moving the same as it was.

New cover for Rev-up is $650 from dealer.

Got a used 09-12 Maxima cover for $60 AND a used Rev-up cover for $200 off ebay......will see if the Maxima ring will work.

I swear I'm my own worst enemy
