Ditch the e-manage, get uprev CIN Motorsports is in Charlotte NC not sure how close that is but if you search uprev they have other dealers in NC. Not many legit shops will want to tune an emanage they are archaic. Oh please stop yelling.

DO NOT tune with anybody in Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area. Trust me, you don't wanna go through that headache. Sad to say, but I don't even trust the Nissan dealership in Fayetteville...

Take the trip up to Charlotte and go to CIN, like everybody suggested already.

As with most military bases (all army posts) local shops are the worst. Claiming to be soldier friendly but there to get some extra cash because they know you just got back from a deployment. Trust the guys above. Charlotte is only a 2 hour drive from Bragg on 74 west.

You don't make any money and your disposable income goes into your car. You might want to re-look your priorities.

Exactly.... if you can't afford a proper F/I'd vehicle then stop now, look up how much a replacement longblock costs with installation labor included, and then decide if F/I is for you. Sell the Z and put the money into a house or education.

Uprev is cheap compared to replacing a blown engine. Uprev is an ecu reflash of the stock computer so no harness or box they plug in a lap top to the obdII port and load the tune into the stock ecu.

thanks for the input fellas but i dont need kids tellin me how and what to do with my money, if your over the age of 20 you should start a investment firm and help out people for a living, until you deploy for 15 months in AFGHAN and then turn around and come back 8 months later to IRAQ for 13 then you can tell me where my prioraties should be. i got money to spend on the car just not extra if you live on your own income you KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THAT MEANT.... thanks again

Sylvan Lake V35: how long does it take to get your ecu back once i send it off to a company and does CIN do that as well? thanks for the help to man its hard to do research over here ya know

Whoa there. i've been in 12 years and second deployment so I feel you, but you shouldn't bring up money if it's not an issue. i know what it's like to have the car go down for a spell and the cost of repairs so we're making sure you got enough to cover yourself. Uprev is a great product and maybe you could sell the e-manage to cover some of the cost. Good luck with everything airborne.

what emanage is it? ultimate? If so thats really no different than a UTEC and is no where near necessary to replace. If its not an ulitmate, ya dump it bc there is no timing control. They are pretty straight forward to tune, so CIN should have no problem with it.

I wouldnt bother with going to uprev when the system you have is perfectly capable.

I can't speak for any shops "near" Ft.Bragg.If you want it done right, take trip(interstate)to Atlanta. The guys recommending KY...closer to you is GA.
Z1 Motorsports are the best. They are in Carrolton. Also, they do alot of guys in the service. So they can relate to guys in the Army&your schedules etc.John Parham runs the shop.Z1 is a straight up place, know there stuff...laid back atmosphere.
Forged Performance is also in Atlanta.I would not recommend unless you wannah deal with aloof employees and empty your bank account.
