I get the feeling your shop just revved the engine in neutral and then drew lines on paper with crayons.

Also, are you attempting to brag by acting surprised by the numbers your car produced with this kit? I don't know of anyone who knows what they are talking about that would consider the Greddy 18G kits weak. What are the "stronger" kits then?

Also, your numbers are in flywheel hp, we speak in terms of whp around here and note what make of dyno was used.
I think since the OP hasn't responded, Cass was correct.

Its actually sort of interesting if you think about it.

A chassis dyno, is attempting to give you flywheel numbers... while there have been losses through the drivetrain, the number is actually based on flywheel.

If you were getting a true wheel reading, you would see massive changes in every gear... for example first gear would be well over 1000 in torque and HP on a turbo Z.

So its all really ****ed up and confusing... because no dyno that I have seen is actually displaying a true WHEEL horsepower, its actually displaying flywheel power as measured at the wheels. Its also exactly why people who shift before redline because the dyno graph reads lower up there then it does in the next gear are on crack, because the torque multiplication of that gear alone gives that power so much more torque to the ground.

Crazy eh?

Thank you Phunk, that was more so along the line of conversation I wanted to steer towards.

In regards to the other "responses", I was more so expecting the 390 to 410 range. I'm relatively new, so my apologies for never seeing a dyno throw flywheel numbers.

And yes, I'm working with a stock block, so I'm not trying for 600+hp and throw a rod in a few months. 450 is fine enough for me and that is the range I am comfortable with, hence a Greddy kit.

And no...it's not an AT......really?

In regards to the strange torque numbers, it's most likely a fuel injector problem, but I will know in the next two weeks for sure.

And please, I know I'm like the 12 year old kid with downs when it comes to comparing my knowledge to some of you guys here. I'll be more than happy to take on the trolls if I can glean even a smidge of useful information out of a thread that is a dogpile.

I asked if it was an auto because they make some crazy graphs like that if the trans slips or during shift points since the graph isn't in a single gear like the manuals.

Is James working on your injector issue?

Lots of good info in the sticky threads at the top of the section. Find out what the correction factor is that is shown on the dyno.

There is a wealth of knowledge on this forum, especiallyin the F/I section, you just have to put some time in and do some reading to be taken seriously. You have F/I already and that is a solid start, but it apparent that you car has some issues currently.

If you tell us what the f*ck is going on we could maybe give you 'useful information'. But you'd be better off learning it yourself on your own like everyone else.
But IMHO, it doesn't seem like you came here to learn anything, just to brag or boast or whatever the f*ck

Agreed, OP we need as much info/questions as possible. Your first post is very lacking. I also think that dyno is reading pretty high compared to most other chassis type dynos. Over-inflated, retarded looking graphs are pretty much the norm for hub based dynos.

Certainly. My fault on that one.

I'll drop some more details later today or tomorrow. Right now I'm at work and will be out in the field until midnight tonight. I will give an overarching "what's up" when I find time. Thanks for your help.
