Are you making boost? Check all your couplers, you may have a loose one.

You should be making alot more boost than that, like 14-15psi. Double check your couplers. I bet that is the issue. Also it could be belt slip.

i have the extra pulleys for the tension and the couplers are all tight with new clamps, do you think the cogs need to be changed?

not sure if you should own such a setup with comments like "hits 7.81psi and holds it to redline"

find your leak/slip, fix it.

Make sure you still have all your teeth left on the cog belt as well. As OldManZ350 said post up a pic of your dyno graph as well if you can.

i concur....super chargers don't "hold boost". Max boost is at max rpm. It should always be climbing and linear.

I wouldn't be baffled. It's not holding pressure somewhere or the belt is slipping. Check belt first the look for boost leaks second. Should be a simple fix once you find it.

FWIW, did you ever push on the valve in the BPV? if so, that ruins it and it could easily not be holding boost. Has to be sent back to vortech for rebuild.

Sounds like nothing was touched though besides just charger swap. If your idle vacuum hasnt changed, then the leak must be between the tb and the supercharger outlet.

Ya I took the valve over to Vortech and dropped it off for a rebuild they said if that doesn't fix it to maybe try the mondo valve and ya the vacuum is exactly the same so I'll recheck the belt
