FS: aps twin turbo kit 15k miles
I have an APS twin turbo kit with the coupler from chargepipe to intercooler for the G, it has everything included with the original kit, including 500cc injectors and engine management with boost solenoid (will get the car running at a safe 350 whpish tune, until you can afford a proffesional tune), kit has about 15k miles on it. I've also got the 3.5" APS downpipes which have be, hks bov (most people want to pick their own) and I can also include a modified stock fuel rail that flows alot better with the injectors, and brand new gaskets. The intercooler is perfect. it has been protected behind my stock bumper and has no signs of damage what so ever. the charge pipe has been tapped for meth injection (had the aem kit) but is plugged with no boost leaks, and if you decide you want meth injection, the pip is already tapped (which is a PITA because of the stainless steal) some of the bad, there is a hairline crack on both manifolds in the same spot, I asked my shop and they said it wasn't worth the money to fix it because they are cast iron and I was hitting full boost at 2k rpms, and two steel braded coolant lines frayed through and i never ordered replacements, so I have a replacement but it is just a regular rubber line. turbos have no shaft play at all (ball bearing for the win...yes i said BALL BEARING, not chinese turbo crap) I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but this kit is extremely rare, especially with the good turbos! Kit is still partially on the car, but will be fully removed and cleaned up quite nicely when sold. feel free to ask questions:thewave:

i think people get the wrong idea when i mention the cracks, I'll post up pictures, I'll compare the manifolds having cracks to the lines on the back of your hand, sure they're there if you look hard enough but blood (exhaust) isn't going to seep through =)
but yeah str8dum is right, finding replacements is like finding a unicorn.

I understand they're hairline cracks, and they may be good now but they're there. It just means that it's more susceptible to crack all the way through. I'm not trying to bash, i'm actually trying to talk myself out of making an offer lol.
but yea, pls provide pics

I'll see if I can get em fixed for yah
I think the reason I was told it was so expensive was because of removing the manifolds and then welding them, just welding them shouldn't be too bad if it helps the sale. heres some pictures
passenger side...

driver side...very hard to see but it's right near the hole for the heat shield bolt and heads downwards from there

no, the turbos are in great condition, mainly because they are oil and water cooled...and even though you don't need a turbo timer, i still used one. If you had your heart set on a rebuild I think the CHRA is 500$ each plus core charge. But like i said, it is completely unnecessary. My car would shut off and you could hear turbos keep spinning for a good 30 seconds. Funny story, my friend with a 240 has never used ball bearing turbos so he thought something was wrong with my car.
