In instances like this we are asking half of the money as a down payment to secure the kit as yours and then as long as you come within a few weeks then that should be fine. Just don't wanna say its sold to someone and then them back out and us miss out on potential sales after we said it was sold so thats why we ask for at least 50% up front. Thanks

I would suggest compression testing the engine, but it should be completely fine assuming the tune is conservative and low boost. 83k isnt really that bad but if you want more than 400 safely I would suggest building the bottom end. Really just depends on how far you want to go.
