WTF you've been around long enough to first of all know the answer to your question and secondly to expect these sort of answers to a question that has been asked, answered, and stickied just for the special people.

WTF is Vortek?
You cant even research enough to get the brand correct? How to honestly expect real answers....
People have blown motors on every kit you have listed. none are safe.

If you had learned to navigate this forum or use the search function in the past 6 years since you joined my350z, you'd know that Alberto's video is stickied at the top of the FI section (next to that "Forced Induction for Noobs" thread you obviously neglected to read before starting this EPIC FAIL thread). It took less than 2 minutes to post that vid here during a commercial break as I was watching the Rose Bowl and chatting with my family. But thanks for your unfounded concern about neglecting my family.

Do I fuel you desire to live. You mean your dog petting you? Drink to that.

Haters
A term used by others, usually being suburban "gangsters", whose lives are absolutely and undeniably defined by what others think. These people "rumble" often and think of themselves as original and/or indestructable. People that use the term "haters" are the lowest stage of the evolutionary scale. They bleed the fastest and have thought processes similar to that of a mentally underdeveloped cat.
"Why you hatin' on me?"
"These haters be up in my grill!"

That really sums it up. Some people just want to blame everyone else for their stupidity instead of taking responsibility for their lack of thought.
