i do not think they are bigger, but the IHI turbo is better then the mitsu that greddy uses.

IHI was used in indy cars in the late 90s. more reliable. JMO

but the IHI turbo is better then the mitsu that greddy uses
this is 100% false quite honestly........both turbos are actually quite good and quite reliable, just 2 TOTALLY different paths to a common goal.

If you ever need assistance with the project, give us a ring, we are literally across the street from you.

to each his own. We like both kits, and the turbos are both good, that i agree, but after a lot of research into the long term reliability of a 100,000 mile turbo, IHI comes out on top.

Thanks for the offer to help

I'm sorry but I must be missing something. Are you fortifying the engine? I don't understand the purpose of the bigger turbo's if your car cant take the boost

based on what i see on their website... it appears they have a fully built and sleeved motor, and several backup parts. not to mention a tube chassis, obviously pro-rwd car. it appears that on this one they are not f'ing around... however none of this project will really relate to those with street cars... unless they share with the community what they find in their R&D and constant breakage of parts... but most pro-class people dont talk about the problems they run into.

they most have a project HP goal of 1200hp or more, so they can be competetive in their class, otherwise its all just a big waste of time.

For those of you who dont know turbos... they may not have posted the specs on that turbo they are showing, but that is a BIG F'ING TURBO. From what I can tell in the pic, the inducer has gotta be around 3", and its got a T4 turbine flange which is typically reserved for extremely large and laggy turbos. Since they used the plural form and says "Our Turbos arrived" that means they have 2 of them. They are definatly going for well over 1000 HP. Not to mention those turbos would never fit in a stock chassis 350z. Crazy project indeed...

cant wait to see the results. awesome looking project.

no one would ever consider running these turbos on the same car that would consider running the PE turbos or Greddy Turbos... I think they are just showing the size comparison between the two so everyone can understand just how big a big f'n turbo is. I got of few like that around here, one of them for my civic.

oh yea, IHI is not greather than a Mitsu.

Who said a mitsu turbo cant go 100,000 miles? Maybe not the 18g's on the 350z kit, but most smaller watercooled mitsu turbos can do 100,000 no problem.

Any 350z with 2 18g's on it is gonna throw a rod or melt a piston before the turbos go anyway, unless they run into a rare factory defect. I bet your turbos arent gonna last 100,000 miles either

I am having Fun, that is what life is all about.. make money at a job you love and you will never work a day in your life....

the turbos are for the PRO-RWD import Drag 350Z we are running this year at NHRA and NDRA events accross the country...

we plan on 1500 to 1700 HP from the set-up and a little juice.

they ARE NOT going into a stock block... we have not issued pics of the engine system. pics you saw were of the new block for our PE TT NX DRIFT car we are building at the same time.

the drift car will be at ATCO.

we have One Power Enterprises Twin Turbo system left.. Anyone want it installed for the NE 350Z meet in NJ???
