Up for sale is an STS rear mount turbo kit for a DE 350z. I bought this kit used a few months ago as a complete kit with intentions to install it this summer but unexpected bills came up and it needs to go. The previous owner claimed that the turbo was pushing oil through the system so he got rid of it thinking the turbo was blown. With that being said, I did talk to STS personally and they are 95% sure the kit just needs a check valve which is less than $75. I told them the turbo shaft does have some play in it as well and they said these turbos do typically have more play in the shaft than most people feel comfortable with. Just passing along what they have told me. I have never had the chance to install these parts onto the car so I have no pictures of the kit mounted.
What the kit includes:
Garrett turbo
STS Intercooler
Tial Blow off valve and Wastegate
Assortment of used tubing used in the kit as well as some that are still new
A bag of miscellaneous clamps
A trash bag that contains the oil covered oil pumps and wires
The 70 page installation manual (tons of pictures to help installation)

As stated, I have never had this kit mounted but I did have intentions of doing so this summer.

man if my car still had 60k miles on it id take this kit off your hands but at 102000 miles i dont wanna blow anything glws this is a nice kit

Hey when I look this kit up it has an air intake with filter...do you have that included in this kit?

 

It does not have the air filter, the little shield that would go around the filter, or the U-shaped tube that connects the filter to the turbo

What is needed to get this kit installed? As far as I know, the only pieces missing are the air filter, air filter shield to protect from water, the U-shaped tube that connects the filter to the turbo, as well as the check valve for the turbo. All of these things can be bought new rather cheap, or you can custom make your own intake and not have to worry about any of that except the check valve
