I have decided to go a different route on the Z after pulling the engine to do some maintenance. turbo kit is now up for sale THIS KIT WILL NEED MAINTENANCE. Please read on. First, lets discuss the issues:
1. One manifold has a crack, I took this somewhere locally to be repaired and in my opinion, he probably did not heat the manifold enough before welding so the weld popped.
2. I would suggest a turbo rebuild. There were no issues known with them but they're out so it may as well be done. I have already purchased the rebuild kits and i can sell them as well.
3. The wastegates should be rebuilt. These are a common TIAL wastegate so parts are easy to come by. You WILL NEED to replace the valve on one already so you may as well do both and replace the diaphragms while you're at it.
4. 2 of the 2" couplers will need replaced. These can be purchased at siliconintakes.com for 4.99 each. The remainder of the couplers are dirty but not damaged.

I will include everything I have but some vaccuum lines and so on have been thrown out. So you would need that, some clamps I'm sure, and a few pieces of hardware here and there.
I will include injectors, AEM boost solenoid, oil catch cans, turbo oil lines, and anything else I have that is laying around.
This kit does need some TLC but Greddy makes a nice kit and I feel like at the price its worth the time for someone like me who enjoys doing a little work to save money. Oil pan is included and not damaged, just not in the pics. I will add that picture later.

I'm tempted to buy this even though I just finished my Procharger set up lol.
How many Miles on the kit? Are the turbo seals leaking or are you just recommending they be rebuilt?

 

Can I get better pics of the cracked manifold ? Then what do you want extra for the rebuild kits ?

I have been trying to come up with a Price for Greddy 18g TT Kit, mine is literally the same kit without the injectors... I also have 2 BNIB Genuine Greddy TT Manifolds as well... Now that I have a ballpark amount to sell it for, I will post it up on the Forum later today... Thank You Sir!
