Hi,

I have recently bought rps triple clutch am having problems with. The issue is hard engagement in each gear at 7200rpm when I shift the gear won't go to the next (3rd to 4th) or say (1st to 2 ), when the rpm drops then the gear would go in place! .

Am not sure if it's mechanical issue with pumps / fork or tuning clutch engagement point.

I have tried to retune engagement point and now the gear grind or become very hard to fit in place even under normal driving conditions

My transmission is 2003 original vq35de

Previously I had excedy twin with no problem what so ever

Did you realign the shifter after you put it all back together?

 

All fixed, I went to different garage and they fixed the engagement point every thing worked fine thanks all
