Now this is strange. I unplugged the haltech and plugged just the factory ecu in and cleared the codes.

turn the key to on and no p1136. Plug haltech back in and it's back.. fml

in sure my last post about condensation and sounds has nothing to do with it just trying to get stuff figured out haha.
