Anyone with the 6-rib tensioner setup help is appreciated. About 4 years ago I upgraded from Stage 1 to Stage 4 (old stillen Eaton style kit). No real gain in power, dyno'd at 267 whp and 4-5lbs of boost. I went back and forth with Stillen and hit a brick wall. Since then the engine has blown and I have now just had a fresh engine installed with an Osiris UpRev tune, larger injectors and a proper tune. It is running 289 whp 3-4psi. I'm pretty sure the issue is belt slipping why I'm not at 8psi. If I tighten the tensioner over what it is now, the belt will walk off towards the supercharger and shred off. I think there is something to do with the alignment of the lower pulley. Stillen has thrown up their hands and said they aren't supporting the old type of SC anymore so I'm looking online for help.

Can you measure distance from belt to the supercharger.
