Default Greddy TT install....latest pics.

Here are the latest install pics....hope I am finally doing this right!
Anyway...as of writing...all that is needed to be done is the e-manage wiring and cutting out the bumper grill....yay.

A family friend...he's done a few turbo systems already...and he has his own car supercharged. I am using a lift at a family dealership, so everything is running cheap for installation. I got lucky. As of Wed. all they needed to do was to wire in the e-manage...but no word on it yet...hope they didn't fry anything

bruschijr,

I cant really tell from the pics, but looks like they used zip ties to secure the heat wrap against the fuel lines and engine harness. Make sure they double up with some safety wire. Otherwise, the plastic zips will melt, the heat shielding will come off...and then bad things could happen.

yes there are some zip ties around the heat wrap....thats what came in the kit.... but the guy who is doing this also used something he called mechanics wire to secure it....i bet its the same safety wire you are talking about.... I called up today....they I was told they will be done tomarrow....we'll see.
