And this one...

I really dont recall the manual saying anything about these 2 hoses.

Well, the kit should have came with a tee, an elbow and a couple extra feet of hose. You're supposed to tee those two hoses together and run the single hose into the top of the K&N filter. It's an oil breather.

If you don't your engine is gonna get pretty messy when you go on boost, because you'll be spraying fumes from inside the crankcase out on top of your engine.

Holly crap... that explains the extra parts i have laying around!

Do you think i can run those 2 hoses to a oil catch can instead of the filter?

Yeah it is not emissions legal that way and venting to atmosphere is slightly louder but the results are the same.

I would just go by the manual to be safe.
