Smile Another Power Enterprise installation...

Watch out peoples, my boy SirMikel1 here in North Jersey is now sportin' a PE setup. He's runnin a stock 4psi, which according to PE is supposed to be around 350rwhp. Not too shabby...

Although it was raining outside, he gave me a ride anyway. Well, all I can say is, even at partial throttle with only 4 psi of boost and no traction, I creamed my pants at least once..

I'm gonna put a little video together once the weather gets nicer so all of you can see how it feels to run boost

Jeezus, I gotta get my turbo setup...

Good work michael-san!!

Of course Next step is to have TS reflash the ECU for 8psi.

Yup, I'll be sending my ecu to TS next week to get it reflashed There's no way i can be happy with only 4 lbs boost. Much more torque than the procharger i previously had on. Any insights on the kit Cheston?

Hey Mike-

i love the kit.

you will absolutlely LOVE 2nd gear WOT... spools so fast. is insane.

you will hear the wastegates go off at two different intervals due to the pipe design, but i think it adds character to the car.

if you are going to add a bov, i'd suggest to add it close to the intercooler ...

GUARANTEE, you will enjoy it!

Yeah, i can't wait till it STOPS RAINING here. So i can test things out. Yep, I already added a bov, the HKS Super Sequential. Sounds sweet

btw, would you happen to know of the turn around time with the ecu?

Thanks,
Mike

Install was done at ATX Motorsports, in Bergenfield NJ. They're very knowledgable about turbos and did a great job on the install. Although they said it was a pain in the *** because of the tight fitment and lack of space. They're an authorized Greddy dealer so if you'd like to give them a call you can get a quote. 201-385-1003. Sorry. I can't go into details on pricing on my kit because it was a sponsorship but ask for Narvin and he can give you an estimate.

So why exactly did you decide on the TT instead of the Procharger? not happy with the results of the SC?

Sirmike,

Not wanting to go off topic here, but the whole look of your car is absolutely brilliant. The Nismo kit is perfect for that colour, and the wheels suit perfectly.
That is the kit I will go for. All credit to you, that is one mean looking 350z.

Cheston, have you dragged your Z yet? If not, what kind of 1/4mile time do you expect before and after the engine rebuild?
