Well I met up with a buddy of mine who has a pro charger installed on his Z. He also has R/T cats, stillen exhaust and the technosquare reflash.

I have a bone stock Z...we raced 3 times, once from a 3rd gear roll and twice from a stop. I pulled on him all three races, by at least 1 car. He was so pissed, He got it installed at Jade Performance in long island, he told me to make a note for you guys never to use them as they gladly took his money and screwed him.

Turns out after visiting Andrew at Performance Motorsports that the people who installed his procharger forgot to put the rubber gasket in between the Mass air sensor and ATI mounting bracket. So he was making little boost if any at all. Andrew had the gasket in stock and installed it there for him. I went for a quick ride after and we both couldn't tell if it was faster or not. He plans to bring it to performance motorsports to have it tuned once they get the dyno installed.

BTW for those of you who commented on a post I made a while back about beating a procharged Z, I have three words for you.... "Take It Deep." I know the only reason I won is because it wasn't functioning properly, but hey, how did I know that when I first raced him.

 

same guy that beat a zo6 and a cobra and what else? Either your bud can't drive or he blew something in the engine. No way can you touch a procharge Z. Are you sure he has a procharger and not a popcharger? max ran a 12.2 with his procharger and everyone else runs low 13 and high 12. your car runs a 14 best so stop talking BS will ya!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yo Spaz, ur an idiot. you no what on second thought maybe he does have a popcharger and not a procharger, why didn't I think of that. What do you think I'm a fool, There are other people on this forum that know me and the guy with the procharger, ask them if your so concerned.

 

I agree with Spaz........no way in Hell can a stock 350Z even come close to a supercharged 350Z unless he gave you a 10 car length lead in the qrt. mile.......big difference between a 13.0 qrt mile @ 108mph and 14.1 @ 99mph, actually not big, HUGE. Even with 2-3 lbs of boost it would smoke a stock 350Z....LOL........

 

I would agree with your statement. Yes I do think your a fool!!!! anybody that says they can beat a vette, a cobra or a charged Z and expect people to believe you!!!! he could miss two gears and still beat you in the quarter. Have you ever raced on a nhra track before? I doubt it or you would never say this. Best times I see stock Zs here at ennis is 14-14.4 and then I see a procharged z run 12's. Get a life dude. Now , the only explenation I could think of is that if you could post something like this you might not know the difference between a procharger and a popcharger. I am only stating facts, no way can you beat any of the three cars i listed that you said you can beat. plain and simple math.

Did he have his ECU Flashed before or after the supercharger?

I would strongly recommend that you recommend to your friend he gets his car dynoed right away. Disregard if you have nos or similar on your 350Z, but if you have a na 350Z and he's barely beating you he has a serious problem. I'd hate to see him hurt his motor if the problem lies in the tuning; which would have to be seriously off.

Yeah he is getting it dynoed at performance motorsports as soon as they get the dyno installed. He had the ECU flashed after all the mods. I know he plans to go with bigger injectors and a new fuel management system, that Andrew recommended.

 

Now I don't think your a Spaz anymore your just a plain old *******. Show me where in any of my posts that I CLAIMED TO BEAT A Z06,,,or a Cobra. I did say the vette did not pass me as we were flyin on the southern state through some traffic, but maybe you don't comprehend so well, guess hooked on phonics didn't work for you. As for the S'charged Z I know I beat him and so do the guys that know me as well as the owner. Yeah he has a serious problem with it, and its due to the guys that installed it. But plain and simple the $12k he has in mods so far did not beat me. Once some experienced nissan people get things workin the right way for him, than i know he'll blow me away, but until than my cars faster.

Yeah you are bad, since when is a stock 99 M3 a 13.4 second car. You are referring to a new M3 when you say 13.4, my friend has a 99 with 240 horse, its the E36. And you didn't point out where i said I beat the Z06.

I threw it into 3rd, and got on it. He could have easily passed me, if there was room so I'm definately not claiming a kill...but I did not lose either. I went through all the gears (redline) and made some sweet moves through the traffic, the vette did not let up one bit. We had a couple of close calls, at 150 mph. It was the most exciting and DANGEROUS driving I've ever done, and believe me I'm nuts. My brother was scared ****.

Hey whats up Anthony its Frank Everyone I'm the supercharged z that he beat!!!! And he did beat me The place that installed my sc definately screwed me first an air leak (no gasket ) between my MAS and the reducer so how could the EFMU ever been tuned with a leak I't couldn"!!!! next they told me they can't dyno it to much power the clutch could'nt handle it, then how am I going to drive it??? I called pro charge and they said you can dyno it I was reading the instalation manual and the efmu works off boost(didn't have any with a leak) but the scale was set to 15 that means no extra fuel till 15psi I only have a 7psi kit!!!!!! my ecu was reflashed for a sc setup but it was like I didn't even have one How I didn't blow my motor to pieces I don't know JADE PERFORMANCE stay away they changed there name I'll post it as soon as I find it!
