Question Question for Vortech Owners, please help

Hi guys,

I just got my Vortech kit in. I noticed that the jackshaft pulley assembly(the one with the 32 teeth pulley)on the mounting plate has some resistance to it. What I mean is that it does not spin freely. It turns smoothly and there is no play in it at all. But it seems odd to me that it has some resistance to it. I would think that it should spin freely. Is this normal? Thanks.

Honestly, I just finished the install, but I don't know the answer to your question. I THINK that mine had some minimal resistance, but I really don't remember that too much. If it did have some, it wasn't enough for me to be alarmed.
